The T.V.A finds The Whoniverse, an exported and approved anchor being Sherlock Pool

Rebovus TVA set up headquarters in in the Malduovaur Cavesta after prooning The planet. Quintance in his New Office and his soldiers in the barrack's began moving their own equipment to Alramrec. Monitoring how progress went in building his own separate branch of The TVA. Quintance once everything was set up said," This is the Rebovus TVA, Quintance you made it now let's get to work." 
When the thirteenth Doctor's TARDIS showed up Quintance said," Everything is going as planned. Bring our new version of Vinesa into this universe's Earth. Ashley Brooke new a baby girl given to the Brooke family." When Sherlock Pool stepped out of the thirteenth Doctor's TARDIS Quintance knew he had to get him and Ashley Brooke together. The soldiers asked,"Which year should she be given to Shane and Lukana Brooke ?" Quintance said,"1988 would be reasonable."
